Ginger has amazing gut health properties because of Gingerol which is an anti-inflammatory compound found in ginger. It is also a great anti-nausea aid. I loved using ginger while I was pregnant to combat that heavy feeling in my stomach.
Pineapple is such an underrated fruit. Most of us think of pineapple as that tropical fruit in our cocktails on a seaside vacation but pineapple has some amazing digestive benefits because of its containing of bromelain. Bromelain is a digestive enzyme that helps in the digestion of protein. This is a big one for me because I also feel bloated and overly full after having a high protein meal.
Coconut water is packed with electrolytes so it’s super hydrating first thing in the morning. plus minerals like potassium. The Celtic salt is also to boost that trace mineral intake!
