

2 teaspoons of matcha powder
1 3/4 cups almond flour/ oat flour or whatever flour you prefer
1/3 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt
3 tablespoons of almond milk
4 tablespoons brown sugar
1 cup vegan butter
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Powdered sugar


1. Mix wet ingredients until smooth
2. Then add all other dry ingredients together and slowly add in the wet ingredients from step one
3. Once the dough is formed, scoop balls to preferred size (I did about 1.5 inches round) then slightly flatten them
4. Put cookies on a baking sheet and bake at 375° F for 8-10 minutes. (Keep an eye on them as they tend to dry out quickly)
5. After the cookies cool, sprinkle powdered sugar on top and enjoy!
