Now the summer has arrived (woo-hoo) I throw warm and comforting breakfast meals out for a refreshing and cleansing green smoothie. Can you say YUM? I get sick of things pretty fast so my recipe changes constantly but I can say the one I have been having as of late is AH-MA-ZING! So here it is….
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 2 handfuls baby spinach
- 1 handful of baby kale
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1.2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 tsp of ginger
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 serving of Vital Proteins Collagen Beauty Greens
- 1 serving of Reishi Mushroom Powder
- 1 serving of Mucuna Pruriens Powder
