To be completely honest with you I hated celery juice for the longest time. I just could not get into it. It always tasted strange to me. I wish I could remember who told me this but I heard that the trick to celery juice was to use fresh organic celery. GAME CHANGER! It makes the biggest impact in the flavor of the juice and I feel as though it keeps a little longer in the fridge for me as well. Below is my go-to recipe when I am making my celery juice. I drink mine right in the morning before my morning coffee to kick start my day.

Equipment
- Juicer
Ingredients
- 3 bags Celery Stocks Organic
- 1 whole Lemon
- 1 tsp Ginger
Instructions
- Wash your celery stalks
- Peel your lemon
- Using your juicer begin juicing half your celery on low setting
- Juice your lemon in the juicer along with the ginger
- Juice second half of celery stalks on low setting

Hot tip! Juicing your lemon and ginger together allows the ginger to be broken down easier in your juicer. This allows you to get the most out of your ginger as well!
