Let go of things in your life that are not serving Let go of things in your life that are not serving you in a positive way β€” this can be so hard sometimes especially when we are deeply programmed with these thoughts & emotions. The place to start your journey to letting go of negative is to introduce the positive. Here are some affirmations you can use to bring a more positive perspective into your day to let go of what is bringing you down:

There are SO MANY different signs that you may hav There are SO MANY different signs that you may have a gut imbalance (specifically an imbalance in your microbiome). Some of these signs you may not even notice at first - one major sign is extreme sugar cravings! Here are some other signs and symptoms to look out for:

🚩 Mood Swings
🚩 Headaches
🚩 Bloating
🚩 Other extreme food cravings
🚩 Anxiety
🚩 Intolerances
🚩 Skin Issues
🚩 Unintentional Weight Changed
🚩 Upset Stomach/ Pains
🚩 Irregular Appetite

✨ Eat more plants + fiber rich foods

✨ Move your body! Aim for 30 min a day - it can be as simple as a walk
✨ Eat more fatty fish / foods high in omega-3 fatty acids
✨ Replace artificial sweeteners like Splenda with things like honey or maple syrup
✨ Prioritize sleep and daily routines! Around 80% of Serotonin (the happy, mood and well-being hormone) is produced in the gut. This hormone also has a HUGE impact on digestion and sleep 😴
