Position Spotlight💡 Let’s talk about Tree Pose 🌳— one of my personal favorites 😍 with a lot of benefits tree pose is great for working on your balance, strengthening, and building confidence 🙌🏼 So let’s walk through how to do it:
🌳 ground through the 4 corners of your standing foot
🌳 bring your opposite foot to the inside of your thigh
🌳 keep your hips parallel to the front of the room
🌳 squeeze your glutes and activate your standing leg
🌳 draw your navel toward your spine
🌳 create space in your chest as your reach your arms up to the sky
🌳 face your palms toward one another or bring them to touch
🌳 lengthen through your entire spine
🌳 & breathe
