It might be rainy day today but @sageful.ca definitely put me into a spring mindset mood with this beautiful package 🌸🌿💨

I know for a lot of us Spring is a time of new beginnings. Our lives echo the natural world around us. One routine I have especially during this time is home cleansing. I clean out all the old and bring in the new but I also cleanse the energy! Here are some benefits to burning sage:

🌱Improved sleep quality
🌱Soothe stress
🌱Improve mood
🌱Rid negative energy
🌱Helps with allergies

Been spending the past few weeks reorganizing my office and basically just getting my life together. Easy and healthy way to get your greens in startin

Easy and healthy way to get your greens in starting with breakfast! I love spicy Mexican style bowls and this morning I created this breakfast bowl with a over-medium egg, here are the deets —⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
What you need:⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1 or 2 eggs - totally up to you⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Some greens - today I did a spinach greens mix and added some pea shoots⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cilantro⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Green onion⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 a Roma tomato⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1/2 an avocado⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sauce⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Cook your egg in a little coconut oil (or whatever you have on hand) I seasoned mine with salt, pepper, and chipotle chili (obvi 🤤)⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2. In a bowl lay your greens base down⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
3. Add your cilantro, green onion and tomato on top⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
4. Add your cooked egg and your sliced avocado⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
5. Top with a sauce! I used @acidleague Mango Jalapeño Vinaigrette because I love the fresh acidity flavor it adds to the savory bowl + it has a kick
